Project Manager

The Role

We are currently seeking a mid to senior level Project Manager to join us in a crucial period of growth. Reporting directly to the Northern Region Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large scale projects for some of our key clients in the private enterprise, government and education sectors.

You will be working with a team of highly motivated consultants in an environment where customer service and professionalism is of paramount importance.

Role Requirements
To be successful in this role you will be energetic and highly driven and be able to manage multiple priorities and demands. You will be accountable as the single point of contact for the delivery of assigned projects and must have demonstrated experience in project planning, scheduling, estimating, resourcing, budgeting, risk assessment and communication management.

You will require the following skills and experience:

• Formal project management qualifications will be mandatory; Prince2 is very highly regarded however other project management certifications will also be well considered.
• Actively manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder management and project governance skills
• Good understanding of rollout project activities and project task tracking
• Ability to identify risks early and initiate mitigating activities to avoid issues
• Proficient in the use of project management tools
• Reliably & regularly report performance against project plan and budget
• Organise and lead teams of project resources to develop and implement projects
• Provide guidance, monitoring and leadership to project team members
• Communication and influencing skills to ensure project visibility and support.
• Experience project managing infrastructure projects (Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, etc) is a must as well as Software Development or application infrastructure rollouts is also highly desirable
• You will be highly organised and project focused
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proven track record of successful project delivery
